What counts as a search
A search is one query against the Google Places API - a business category, a city, and a country. What varies is coverage: how much of the map that query sweeps. Spot asks about a single point; the wider levels sweep a grid of points around it and count once per point, because that is exactly what they cost us.
| Coverage | Area | Counts as | Max businesses |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spot | A single point on the map | 1 search | 20 |
| Quarter | A few blocks around the area | 4 searches | 80 |
| City | The full city area | 9 searches | 180 |
| Region | City and surroundings | 16 searches | 320 |
So a Starter plan's 100 monthly searches is 100 Spot lookups, or 25 Quarter sweeps, or 6 full Region sweeps - or, realistically, a mix. Free accounts are clamped to Spot coverage; the wider levels unlock with any paid plan.
Enrichment is not metered
The step that finds email addresses - visiting each business's own website and reading its homepage and contact page - is unlimited on every paid plan. You are never choosing between finding more businesses and finding their contact details, which is the trade-off per-record pricing forces on you elsewhere.
What every paid plan includes
- Unlimited email enrichment - emails, extra phone numbers, and LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X profiles pulled from each business's own website.
- All four coverage levels, up to 320 businesses in a single Region search.
- CSV export of everything on screen, ready for your CRM or cold-email tool.
- Unlimited search history - every search is saved, re-openable, and re-exportable at no further cost against your allowance.
- Official Google Places API data on every search, not scraped pages.
- Cancel any time from your account, through the Stripe billing portal.
The differences between plans are deliberately narrow: how many searches you get each month, and whether you can page past the first set of results for a single search (Pro and Agency can; Starter returns the first page). There is no feature you have to upgrade to unlock.
Why flat instead of per record
Most tools in this space bill per row of data, and then bill again per enriched email. It sounds cheap at a few cents a record and stops sounding cheap the month a campaign works: the better your prospecting month, the larger the invoice, and you cannot know the number until it arrives.
Flat pricing moves that risk to us. A Starter month costs $19 whether you run three searches or 100, and enrichment does not add to it. The number you budget in January is the number you pay in November.
FAQ
Pricing and billing questions
What a search is, what happens when you run out, and how to cancel.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account starts with 2 free searches and 10 free enrichments - no credit card. Free searches run at Spot coverage against real Google Maps data, so you can confirm the results are genuine before paying. Email addresses are masked (like c•••••t@example.com) until you subscribe.
What exactly counts as one search?
One search is one query against the Google Places API at Spot coverage, returning up to 20 businesses. Wider coverage sweeps a grid of points and counts once per point: Quarter costs 4, City costs 9, and Region costs 16. Enrichment never counts against your searches - it is unlimited on every paid plan.
Do unused searches roll over?
No. Your search allowance resets at the start of each billing month and unused searches do not carry forward. Pick the plan that matches a typical month rather than your busiest one - you can change plans whenever you need to.
What happens if I run out of searches?
Searching pauses until your allowance resets, or until you move to a larger plan from your account. Nothing is deleted: every search you have already run stays in your history, and you can re-open and re-export those results as often as you like.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are charged once for twelve months and work out at 2 months free compared with paying monthly - 48 dollars saved on Starter, 108 on Pro, and 240 on Agency. Your search allowance still resets every month, not once a year.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks - it opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can also update your card or download invoices. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Which plans can load more results?
Pro and Agency can page past the first set of results for a search; Starter returns the first page. Every paid plan can use all four coverage levels, up to 320 businesses in a single Region search.
